MNOS Networking Event Sponsorship Opportunities
Connect your organization with clinicians, researchers, and obesity care professionals across Minnesota by sponsoring an upcoming MNOS networking event. Sponsor a networking dinner where MNOS coordinates the venue and handles event marketing, while your organization provides the speaker for the evening. MNOS networking events are open to both members and non-members, and are offered as non-CME events.
Exclusive Sponsorship

Single sponsor · full event access
- Only sponsor present, with exclusive access to the full MNOS audience
- Priority logo placement in event emails, signage, and materials
Partnership Sponsorship
$1,750
Per sponsor · minimum two sponsors required
- Shared sponsorship, requiring at least two participating sponsors
- Logo placement and recognition alongside co-sponsors
Both tiers include the option for the sponsor to arrange its own speaker or presenter, subject to the speaker requirements below.
Speaker & Presentation Requirements
- Sponsors may arrange a non-branded presentation speaker focused on disease-state education, at the sponsor’s own expense.
- The proposed speaker and presentation learning objectives must be submitted to and approved by the MNOS Board in advance.
- Format: one 40-minute presentation or two 20-minute presentations.

Attendance & Registration
Attendee registration is structured to prioritize MNOS members while keeping events open to the broader community:
- MNOS targets 25–40 healthcare professionals per networking event, with a minimum goal of more than 20 attendees and a ceiling set by the capacity of the event space.
- Sponsors may share the event registration link with healthcare professionals in their own network to help drive attendance.
- Sponsors receive full access to the attendee list. Registrants consent to sharing their name and practice location with event sponsors at the time of registration.
- MNOS members receive early access to register, with registration opening to non-members one week later.
